
We have a database of hundreds of highly qualified retirees located throughout the U.S. Our wahves have 25+ years insurance experience and numerous designations (CIC, CPCU, CISR, ARM, etc.), degrees and licenses.
Wahves work for you just like an employee in your office, except they work remotely from home. Their remote environment is no different from the way you work at your home when you are away from the office. They have a high-speed internet connection and computer hardware and software to meet the needs of remote work. We provide them with dual monitor capabilities if needed for the job.
For some types of jobs, we work with you to set up our wahves with Skype and an internet phone so that they function just as if they were in your office.
How We Qualify Wahves
All wahves go through a rigorous qualification and vetting process.
- They must complete an in-depth application which identifies current skill sets at a granular level.
- They undergo a series of in-depth interviews.
- Employer references are checked.
- For certain positions, must take timed, on-line insurance knowledge and technology tests.
- Background checks are done before hiring.
