- We spend a great deal of time interviewing you, getting to know your qualifications and learning how you intend to balance your work and “phased” retirement life.
- Once we determine that you qualify to become a wahve, we decide together the type of work you prefer and the days and hours you wish to work.
- When a job request is received that matches your skills and the hours you want to work, we contact you, explain the job to you and ask your permission to submit your resume to the client.
- We immediately inform you if the client decides to interview you for the job and ask you to visit the client’s website to familiarize yourself with the client prior to the interview.
- If you mutually agree to the match, we provide you with on-boarding process that walks you through becoming a wahve remote contract worker.
- We provide you a contract with a description of your job.
For Process, Full Service Work and Projects
- You are trained over the web in the client’s processes, workflows and management system.
- You are provided with remote access to the client’s system on your home computer so that you can function as if you are working in the client’s office.
- Each day you log in to the client’s system and complete your work.
- It’s that simple.
